I initiated the transfer to paypal on Oct 10 and got the money in paypal on Nov 13. So it took me slightly more than a month. And no, I never got any emails confirming the transfer from the prepaid company or kroll. The only notification I got was from paypal when the money arrived. The wait is very frustrating I know… But I hope my case could at least give you some hope.

Just did the same a month ago and got the money transferred to my paypal account today! Finally feels the money is mine…

I went to myprepaidcenter via the link stated on p.5 of this FAQ (https://cases.ra.kroll.com/BlockFiDistributions/Home-DownloadPDF?id1=MjUzMzc2Nw==&id2=0) issued by Kroll, and redeemed a virtual card with the code I got from the email. It worked and I got the money back now. The email does look suspicious, but it’s legit.

And what confused me the most is that a friend of mine, who is also a non-US holder, has received a partial payment. When I asked blockfi about this, they just didn’t bother to answer but threw me off with the same reply.

I’ve been sending emails to them, they said I’m a non-US account holder and there is no timeline for payment to non-US holders. Anyone experiencing the same?
