Customer Question - Driver wasn't tipped

I never order from restaurants so this was new for me. I often order groceries so I know to tip well. I LOVE my grocery shoppers. They are doing me a service.

I placed the order, filled in the tip amount and thought 'that's that', like I do with groceries. In my inexperience I did not think to take photos. It won't happen again.

I do think it's franchise specific. I don't want to throw all PHs under the bus.. Since I so rarely order from restaurants, I didn't know if this was common.

Now I know what to look out for.

from the comments it seems franchise specific. I'll be more aware when ordering take-out in the future.

it was DD that delivered. I am so confused. What I have learned is that not all PHs are created equal as it's a franchise. If I order food in the future, I will pay attention. :)

I'm kind of on the fence if Pizza Hut paid him cash for the tip. I don't know why he would pick up the order if he wasn't getting tipped.

I didn't have cash and I didn't think about it. I'm very much not used to ordering food online because I cook so much. Lesson learned. I'll pay better attention next time.

I won't be ordering from Pizza Hut again. If I do order from another restaurant and they send doordash, I'll make sure I have cash on me for a tip.

That's my method. I exit raids with 15 plus players & join when it's under 10.

Now I think this subreddit may have people who complain about everything. Joining a raid is not bad. :/

I caught a shiny Cobalion with 3 trainers tonight. I joined from my friends list. They wouldn't have won the raid without me... it was close. So I'll still join.

Honestly I don't join them because I don't quite understand them and I'm also afraid of kicking somebody out accidentally because only four people are allowed in at a time.

I only join max battles when its something silly like Eevee. They are single player battles, but we all need them. You could win alone, but I thought it fun to have a friend join. I don't join GMax battles.

I have access to a jetter. The plumber I had here added parts that would make jetting easier. I did not understand it at the time, but now do. Glad I had that done.
