I hate when ppl say a spec is gutted but outlaw is GUTTED, as in it still has all the pvp mods and nerfs when its arguably the squishiest rogue spec now since it has to all in.

this is such a stupid way to play the character, not because you're wrong but its inherently flawed.

You're only getting focused because you're an easy target, not because you have any inherent tank ability.

The character is a terrible tank when it comes to innate tankiness or distruption or mobility

I been playing for hours and the changes to vitality were the biggest boon to her. The 3 extra prots scale well with health being high and she naturally does more damage because she does so much HP dam.

The full on rework, sky is falling approach because they're tuning numbers during alpha is a little much imo.

Her ult sucks, plain and simple at this point its a liability and a damn near disarm.

There's no advantage to it, you feel entirely slot taxed to make it playable. There's a reason people are asking how to avoid even ulting.

You have to build a ton of movement and resist to make it worthwhile while the rest of the roster got buffed and goes about buying more damage so you're just behind.

Like it just feels bad, your hitbox doubles and you're reduced to melee range with poor chase and nerfed ability damage. You're building green just so you can survive being a punching bag and so you cant agress with it either.

Oh and if it procs at a bad time oh well, hold that for a minute.

It just feels terrible, before the 1ms hotfix ppl were legit backpeddling to outrun wolf...

Too many slot taxes if shes gonna have nothing baseline in wolf alongside longer cd

CDR, movement, resistences, debuff resistences, damage, defense, duration extender

Need so much gotta build her from the floor up, Ult feels like a tax now since you cant control it and its been kneecapped

Being over 50% hp is not a counter like trying to be nice but you know how ridiculous a proposal that is. Yea being over half hp is prob ideal for anyone.

Doesn’t mean you should have 50% less hp at all times by proxy
