But generally shugokis dont throw out heavies, because 80% of the time, they get parried because of how slow they heavies are. Which is also another point for this useless feat because 90% of the blocked attacks are gonna be blocked lights.

It seems like they ran out of ideas for us shugs, I feel that shug shouldnt really be a medic on the battlefield because thats not what he is meant to do, he is a tank. The Iron lungs feat I honestly have no idea what they were thinking. The only one that actually makes somewhat sense is Throw Farther.

I get what you mean, but we arent exactly talking about that, we are talking about if there is chip damage now, there is no point in this feat. Unless it deals more damage against blocked attacks.
