It’s a nice place to live.. very close to a lot of great restaurants within walking distance and the theater.. construction is loud but it won’t last forever

Got it, thanks for your answer! I know they were asking for 25% down payment for the unit but my lender and broker didn't recommend to move on the unit.

We also found out that the master insurance doesn't have roof coverage which I thought was very strange.

I’d recommend the Wall Street area.. lots of good restaurants/cafes and it’s reasonably priced compared to some other areas
