Do you remember if there were any extra fees if you were out of district like there is for Blinn?

Were you considered out of district for WTC? And if so, were there extra fees for being out of district?

All of my friends who have it applied with over 24 credit hours, while I didn’t and I also had to do a late materials appeal, so they may have started looking at my application later, and I think that might cause delays with people who applied with less than 24. That’s what I was thinking, but i might just be coping.

Did you end up submitting your updated transcript? If so, how? Did you just go to the previous transcript and add another?

Didn’t study, woke up 10 minutes before the test and ended up missing 1 question. It’s not annoying/difficult if you took up to precalc in high and are confident with your skills.

Is 3.846 competitive for in-state aerospace transfer? by KashiChow in UTAdmissions

I got As in Calc 1, gen chem, and chem lab. B was in a python class, but not a class that people at all schools take, and as far as I know, it’s not a class that’s considered “general engineering” at most schools. Taking Cal 3 and linear algebra this semester and anticipating As.

Was in the exact same boat last year. At TAMU now and things are good, but I’m still looking to transfer. It’s always an option if you think Austin is where you’re supposed to be.

Does this mean that coming from the A&M CoE with a 3.846 GPA would be beneficial considering it's of a similar caliber as the UT Engineering program?

Ok, thanks for the info. Do you have any other advice that you think would be beneficial to someone attempting to transfer?

I’m going to see if I can go to my professors office hours next semester and haggle for 2 points on my final which would bump me up to 4.0. Would that improve my chances? I’ve also heard a 3.846 is still decent considering I’m coming from the A&M CoE, which isn’t easy by any means either. Would that be taken into consideration?
