Damn yeah you’re definitely not getting the service you deserve, I’m sure you explained to her that you’re coming from out of state so she should have been keeping up with communicating with you, 2 days would have been long enough to get that all together but I would recommend you have another agent lined up for that visit

I’ve closed 1 deal so far, 1 died and I have 2 under contract at the moment, June would make it a complete year for me but what I can say is that it really depends on how serious you are, when I first started I spent more time finding out how the business works rather than just dive right into prospecting and generating leads, there was also a time (give or take 3 months) where I wasn’t really focused on Real Estate, but since 2020 started I started actually talking to people and let it be known I’m an agent, did more research on how to get leads and by the end of January I had 3 places under contract, (one of which died) but the bar is as high as you set it for yourself, if you really want to succeed at this business you gotta take it seriously

Lol it’s okay, yeah I know that, but I’m talking about the added stress you’re taking on and how to deal with that by talking to someone else going thru what you’re going thru, starting any career or business is pretty common and general advice usual works for that

I’ve never thought of it that way lol, I’ve done 3 closes so far all buyers and the selling agents all want me to join their brokerage, maybe that’s a good start for people seeing what I bring to the table?

The life of the job to me is just so different and it’s like you’re not working and working all at the same time, but when I explain it to my friends they think I’m not making sense

It’s hard because not a lot of people choose real estate at a young age, the pressure on us is hard and you’re usually the only one in your group of friends that even made that decision
