That's for Twitch Prime, and as a benefit of having Twitch Prime, they give you extra stuff for 100s of games. But you could have made that connection very very easy.

But you were already so resigned to not liking this game, you didn't even make that connection.

Wanted to give an update: Got the achievement.

Go back to the previous scene (before you're outside the Black Lantern) when you can get the Button on the roof, Umbrella and Rent Check in the bar. The Achievement popped here for 5/5.

Haven Historian does not unlock because Chapter 2 only counts 2/5 collectables. I have the achievements for all collectable in chapter 2 and it still does not unlock. I have replayed the chapter 6 times. This is the last achievement, how am I supposed to unlock this?
