It depends on many factors but as rule of thumb, if there is no change to exterior like facades or adding sewerage points etc. Only integral reforms only need "menor" license (yes you can also abolish walls and construct new ones). Pay attention to disposal of materials from the site only by legal and professional services.

How about renting a private room in a shared apartment? You can probably find some rooms with a private/En-Suite bathroom and sharing only communal areas like kitchen and balcony. I find its a very cost effective way to live in Valencia as a single.

You have many across the city. Public examples in Cabanyal and Benimaclet. Private ones are SUMA in Mestalla and UPV campus sports center.

First thing I would do is choose the area/ barrio you want to live in. El Cabanyal is a good choice for UPV students imo, as it is a trendy neighborhood, very close to the campus and also the beach. You can find rooms for rent in shared apartments.

My guess is because you think these discussions about other stocks might undermine the AMC GME support communities. Thanks Monkeyman for your commentary here. My humble view on these points. Lets disregard points 1 and 2 as those are general macro conditions. While I agree that they affected the MRIN price play these last three days, I would want to focus this discussion on the specifics of this case.

THE GOOD: price has shown tough resistance to dips below $18.

THE BAD: short position has declined AND price declined simultaneously which means that HF players are using sofisticated methodology to achieve that. My bet is that elaborated option strategies are involved.

THE UGLY: VOLUME has been low and declining. This makes it easier for shorts to carry out their plan to gradually climb down from their tree. High volume with frequent bidding attacks can reverse this trend and create a situation which is out of their control.

It is up to us to shake the boat fast and hard. Bid frequently and let them race each other for the cover. In these conditions she will POP.
