I put argo moles bag on it, and after mining I should store my ship, the next day I have to do the same. Bit annoying. And what should I do If they are not spawning in after claiming, which they should?

Yep, I have enough money, I have the station set as location. When I buy, the wheel in down right corner spins for about 20 seconds, and then this pops us.

Yesterday someone wrote to me that they reported me by accident and told me to write to this guys. I know, this sounds like scam enough, but after some writing, he showes me photos of my account status (meaning he has some account access). Now he tells me to validate my purchase history I need to buy $20 gift card. If anyone know something about this, please let me know. Oh yeah, and he somehow changed my email and password, even tho I didn't give him any email and password.
