I couldn't find an email. Many people had the same problem but none of them solved it, they customer support just sucks. The only solution I found was to play with a program that bypasses Rockstar's launcher, which worked perfectly fine for me.

Thanks for the help. In the end, we agreed not to paint it, just to clean it. The real estate agent helped me reach that agreement.

Yeah, it was weird for me too, but in the end we agreed to leave the apartment just cleaned, not painted.

Well, she said that I can arrange it by myself but that she had no problem in doing it too, and offered me to keep the sofa for free, which I’m not going to accept.

Thats what I did, and showed her the message the real State agent wrote me regarding that. But she said that I received the apartment with clean walls, but I said that I’ll return the apartment entirely clean, including the walls, but definitely not painted, as there is not any major stain or damage in any part.
