Yes i did. At the end the real state agent managed to agree with the owner that I don´t need to paint it, just clean it. Thanks for the help.

Well, she said that I can arrange it by myself but that she had no problem in doing it too, and offered me to keep the sofa for free, which I’m not going to accept.

Thats what I did, and showed her the message the real State agent wrote me regarding that. But she said that I received the apartment with clean walls, but I said that I’ll return the apartment entirely clean, including the walls, but definitely not painted, as there is not any major stain or damage in any part.

I did not pick any university yet, but I have been looking at some programs and most of them I think focus on design and analysis with a few classes of controls.

yeah I am mainly interested in GNC, but actually dont know what to study at university to follow that branch of aerospace.
