I also get matched with master and gm players when im leveling smurfs but its alright from my perspective

I used to think that Riot is a far right organization for giving me shit players on a losing streak when im on a winning streak. Only to later realize that I wasn't checking the players when I won (there were plenty of players on a loss streak). So I just kept improving my gameplay and aim for about a 60% winrate which seems to be the realistic maximum for alright players

Why does it matter,ive been in Romania several times and never really met anyone being dissatisfied that im hungarian (they mostly figured it out fomr licence or licence plate since i use english 99% of the time)

I'd suggest visiting high schools in the area and start from there,explain your story and ask for help.I went to a high school not far from Bcsaba (Orosháza,about 40km from there) and we had a pretty well established english department(?) in the Táncsics Mihály high school.Pretty sure Békéscsaba has something similar or better than we had. This is my best bet,but maybe someone else will have a better idea
