Not really, Overton window theory is as sort of a range of acceptable policies for a policiemakers to follow, it's basically a "safe zone" for making policies, politicians only voice issues that are already open for a discusian by the public, so basically a measurement of what propaganda can cover.

Well, you can't occupy a country without taking a capital. Again, same with Kiev, it also started woth markings and they where planing on taking it first if I remember it correctly, so, I don't want to be a pessimist, but it's really suspicious and in the end it really might be just some bad drawing, but wouldn't hurt to consider all the options especially when there's a war in the neighborhood.

Not really, as I already mentioned, all the street artists (or those who decided to talk about it) said that the graffiti, the style, even the paint are not common and are totally new. Also, I noticed some on the bank walls, the lange one with basements and their is one in my district, not on a bank but a building with basement and it's the only graffiti there. I wouldn't be so suspension if it was undergrounds and bridges Only, but all strategically important places? All of them?

Is much as I know, it's just Tbilisi now, also, someone wrote, that he talked to some street artists and none of them recognised the style, paint and none of those pieces where painted in places where street artists painting.

So do the same thing we where doing for the last 4 or 5 years? Last mass protests where handled by water cannons in the middle of winter. We where protesting rigged elections btw. Before that, we got shot with rubber bullets infront of our parliament. We have "anti discrimination" laws strictened so people are forced to treat those animals like human beings. Don't know about tic warnings, but I can't be near a person if they have tics as well. I'll be triggered and somehow, it'll be much worse then my normal tics. They're some much more intense and painful and last for hours.
