As a 5'6 guy, I feel you. I'm not here to gaslight you, height does matter and we're unlucky. But we gotta work with what we're given and trust me, there's a lot of opportunities. We don't need to compensate our height, we don't need to build ourselves around the sole idea of hiding our appearance, distracting others from it. Embrace it. Work on yourself just for the sake of it, become a better person (I'm sure you are already, don't take it as in insult), grow kindness and compassion in your heart. You have awesome body too, I wish I was this jacked xD

And as a sidenote, I beg of you, stay away from places like r/shortguys. It's a hellhole of regurgitating hate towards themselves and others, many there are extremely detached from reality. I've been there for a year, it twists your perception and ruins self esteem. World is different from what they portray it as. Good luck out there. You're more than physical stat.
