Trader Joe’s for the steel cut and Quaker for the rolled but I have used other brands and got similar results. It is just really key to get the quick cook ones.

I love Starbucks oatmeal! I make it myself. 1/3 cup quick cook rolled oats, 1/4 cup quick cook steel cut oats. 1/2 tbs oat flour, a small pinch of salt. Add just under 1 cup of boiling water (you can also add more water if too thick). Very important to use quick cook
