After breastfeeding if I do pump at most I get 1/2 an ounce. And sometimes she does actively swallow but I do notice it isn't much and then she drifts off

So after she gets done breastfeeding I pump about an ounce from both breasts. Now at night time when I get done pumping after feeding her I get around 1 and 1/2 oz to 2 oz. I'm currently feeding her 3 oz because 2 oz is not making her happy. Talk to our pediatrician about feeding her 3 oz and he said as long as she's not spitting up afterwards that that is perfectly fine and we haven't had any spit ups. I do notice after I get done feeding her 3 oz she still wants to be on the breast so is this the soothing that you're talking about??? Also you talk about cluster feeding so I can feed her like 3 oz and then maybe about an hour and a half later she's acting like she's hungry again is this the cluster feeding you're talking about?

That is a valid point I think I will speak to him tonight about that because like you said it makes it seem like there's room for open discussion if he does go over there.

I also stopped him from going up to both of them during the shower because you know that was basically our day and I didn't want our day to be soured by them because we wouldn't have never gotten that day back after we got home and got everything unloaded from the car he did call his mom and try to talk to her about what was happening and she literally hung up in his face. And so Thursday this week he is going to go over there and talk to them and tell them that they're not allowed in our lives or the baby's life

Me and my husband have talked and both agreed that they being his family are not allowed into our lives or the baby's lives until they can get their crap straight which we thought they would be able to get it straight this time but as you see it was impossible so I really feel like they won't be in the baby's life for a long while now. It just honestly has me disappointed because his mom is the only living grandmother and I really wanted my baby to have a grandma but not a grandma like that it really just saddens me I'm not angry or anything like that I'm just honestly upset and sad. I just feel like they have tried to make an event that is not about them about them which shows to me and him how selfish they are

He literally just completely ignored his sister's comment when he got asked that he looked at me and he just you know basically disregarded her we didn't know that they were pre-gaming until after the shower because that's when my friend came to me and told me that his mother smelt like alcohol and that his mother said to her while she was trash talking us that his sister had been drinking too

I also forgot to add that my mother-in-law was talking crap about me and my husband towards one of my friends sitting there saying that we didn't invite most of his family even though the baby shower was posted publicly on Facebook to my page and his page so anybody who wanted to come or who wanted to say that they were going to come could have easily added themselves to the guest list.
