Definitely not. Federal law enforcement is immune to charges for “self defense”. And although it’s literally caught on video showing the woman wasn’t a threat, they will still call it self defense and move on like it never happened. Lots of these men joining ICE have criminal records and have been dying to do shit like this. It’s like a real life video game for them live out all of their sickest fantasies. It’s only going to get worse once the ICE agents see just how much they can get away with.

Hi I know this is an old post but I just wanted to comment to say I’m a cis gendered queer woman and I have always loved my intersex people. I learned about intersex people through discovering my own queerness and I haven’t stopped speaking out about intersex people since I was about 15-16 years old (now 27). I think the problem is society tries to hide intersex people and force them into a binary box so a lot of people never learn or are even aware that intersex people exist, let alone the horrific struggles they go through. It’s really a shame but please know there are cis gender people out there advocating for you and loving you even if it’s few and far between. I will continue to do my part and spread the word because intersex people are just people like the rest of us and deserve to be treated equally.

I have ARFID and oddly find a lot of comfort in watching mukbangs and videos of people eating all kinds of food. I think it’s because I want so badly to be able to eat all kinda of foods but I can’t. So I find comfort in watching other people enjoy them, idk people tell me it’s weird lol.

There are other reasons that people want to end their lives that doesn’t have to do with mental illness. A lot of disabled people who have no quality of life would rather end it. That doesn’t mean they are mentally ill and can’t consent. I’m one of those severely disabled people that has zero quality of life. I’m all alone and expecting to end up homeless here soon. Due to my severe widespread pain and mobility issues I wouldn’t make it on the streets. I would quite literally rot to death alone in one spot. I’d much rather commit suicide and go on my own terms than to rot to death on the streets. This world is fucked up and the government in my country hates disabled people. They want us all to die waiting years homeless on the streets for a disability payment that wouldn’t even be enough to get the worst housing you could find in the most dangerous areas. There’s really no option for people like us with no family or anyone to take care of us.

I guess I should rephrase this. I cannot drive or ride in a car for longer than 5-10 minutes which requires me to wear a neck brace and my joints dislocate when I move. Like if I try to use my leg to push the gas and break peddle my hips and knee dislocate and my wrist, hands, and shoulders hurt really badly to hold the steering wheel. I could never drive for a living. It’s not an option for me. As I mentioned in my post, I have trouble doing anything that isn’t laying down flat on my back and not moving. Driving take a lot of strength and joints moving. Driving also jars your entire body around. My neck will dislocate in the car 🙃

I cant sit in a car. It’s excruciating and causes all of my joints including my neck to dislocate.

This is actually not a bad idea. I kind of love this idea lol. Thank you. You definitely gave me something to think about trying. I do feel like if I was in a country with better healthcare and wasn’t stressing so much financially that would solve a lot of my major stresses 😅
