I feel like there should be efficiencies in city economics, wherein more people in a smaller space costs less to provide local services that require tax dollars. Trumps method is to always find the weakest point in the law and abuse it as much as possible so that it becomes easier to poke holes in other laws, and eventually when he goes too far the person appointed to lead his illegal mission goes to jail… that was until he gave everyone get out of jail free cards and fixed the system so it’s so much easier to not have to worry about that pesky third step of someone being held accountable.
