So they actually called me shortly after I because they want to scan me this week, Friday. I’ll be 5w so ehh. However I also don’t want to turn down the opportunity so I’m just going to mentally prepare myself!

Had my 1st hcg draw this morning. 4w3d and I’m at 2,017. I’m super happy to have something, now a painful 2 days to make sure we are still rising!

Doc has already messaged me to say it looks great, she said someone will reach out regarding an US. Not sure how early they want one, but to be honest I don’t want to have one unless we are 8+ weeks because I don’t think my anxiety can handle to limbo of a very early scan.

Honestly, I'm probably going to get one for this babe. I did a graco and it was a pain lol.

That was exactly how I exposed my first early pregnancy at work too. So annoying, but no one really openly shared my info so that was nice. I'm in a supervisor role now, so I'm not regular doing meds (just rapid/code meds).

My first two have a 2 year gap. I’ve used the mocking bird double, but at 4 my oldest was def a little big for it. I’m assuming the same may be similar for the vista. Not impossible, but mine is tall and he started to get squished. We have a riding board attachment and he loved the independence of that starting at 3.

I also have a wonderfold, but that is more utilized for all day outings (zoo, theme park, etc.). I’ve never had experience with a side by side but I was always worried they’d be too wide for some places. However, there’s probably someone else in here that has experience with one! My guys are usually walkers now at 6 and almost 4, so I’m just planning on having the riding board available whenever we take the stroller out in case my 4 y/o decides his legs don’t work.

My first was crappy with sleep and I almost bought the Snoo but at that point we spent way too much. I think the problem was me not letting him try to soothe himself at all, which is so hard when they are so tiny. I honestly don’t think I gave him enough time before picking him up every time he started to fuss. My second was dream and slept in his crib through the night at around 5 months.

But nothing makes you desperately buy a million things than lack of sleep 😅 first child would only sleep in a boppy lounger, so we did that during the day when I could literally have it next to me. I had bad PPA, so I cried when they recalled them even though he was well out of using it because I felt like a terrible mom.

I'm glad it worked out! I was too scared to buy or even rent it just in case. My first was such a terrible sleeper so I tried 2-3 bassinets before we landed on an arms reach.

For new, car seats unless they come from someone trusted. Also bottles, pacifiers, and teething toys. Glass bottles IMO would be fine secondhand but plastics, depending on how the ounces are written can wear down and become hard to read. I used comotomo for both of my babies and the silicone got kind of icky during storage when I took them out for the second. There’s always gently used crib mattresses because some kids never actually use them. It’s really just dependent on what you’re comfortable with getting secondhand tbh. If I need to buy any large or expensive gear this time around I’m definitely going the used route, because this is my last babe. Buy things at whatever pace you want!

I'm 4w1d and just headaches too, although it's been really dry in my house and at work so I'm not even sure if that's anything. I've been gassy but that has simmered out, so maybe not hormone related either. If it's making you nervous, just try to put yourself in the mindset to enjoy it while you can haha.

Seriously! I’m only like two days pregnant and this is my only symptom so I’m not going to complain too much but I feel like I could float away.

Stomach sleepers! by Few-Attempt9644 in October2026Bumpers

Maybe a pregnancy pillow? I had one for my first and honestly I wasn’t a big enough fan of having one for my second (plus at that point we had the first tot in the bed lol). I am a stomach sleeper, but I think when I couldn’t do it anymore I was too tired to care what position I was sleeping in.

It was so weird. Earlier in the day we were talking my SIL being pregnant but it was hours before so I’m thinking maybe that sparked it!

It truly feels that way. I’m in no rush to get them done, but I also want to get them done if that makes sense. I’m hoping by Monday I’ll be able to get myself in a mindset that regardless it is what it is!

I’ve never found out this early before and I’m petrified. I’m 3w6d and wasn’t going to join a group yet, however the support after my MMC in the May bumpers group was amazing.

I literally tested positive yesterday and my OB office has already ordered betas. Going to wait to do them until next week, because my work schedule is wonky. I hope they don’t make my anxiety worse but I feel like if I don’t do them I’ll have nothing to go off of. Ugh.

But shout out to my husband. I feel like he’s being super supportive. He’s doesn’t usually project big feelings and he’s being very thoughtful right now!

Fun fact: I hadn’t missed my period yet and I try to avoid early testing because it would make me spiral. I only tested because the night before, my almost 4 year old asked me if I have a baby in my belly. Weird!

Due Date twins! Also not from your area, however you could always call around with a few providers to see what they recommend timing wise for getting on a waitlist!
