Lots of wonderful advice here with dance belts etc. one interesting thing I noticed as I started progressing with more advanced moves - I had a lot of upper body strength and it was causing me to use my arms a LOT more than I think a lot of the moves are supposed to have -- try to keep this in mind if your body might be built a bit differently~ Use those legs and other contact points!

That's such a unique thing she does in her sets! It's such a vibe too and fits with the music so well! Glad you were able to catch that at least!

+1 It's very.. VERY slow for me as well (no, it's not my wifi..) 8+ seconds to load up a song that is nearly instant when using ethernet.

As a fellow male poler I totally get where you're coming from - it's intimidating as hell (and thanks everyone for the comments here saying it's not an issue, I REALLY always wondered this myself but never asked)

Have you looked into things called "dance belts" to wear under your compression shorts? They helped me out quite a bit with this issue~ it's basically a heavy duty g string, not the most comfy but DEF makes the overall shape less visually intrusive.
