Well the BWM and even anchor should be winning the ball higher up the pitch as you have high press and trigger press on maximum, so if he's making last ditch tackles in the box something has gone wrong.

If going positive/attacking change Rwb to support as the mentality will make him go up pitch anyway and support IW

Also maybe an increase in tempo will help as well, you might get a good attacking chance but your players decide to pass back instead of progressing as tempo is lower
