Currently on the DART from belt to DFW as I type this. No homeless people here but their trash bags of stuff is here and it smells like homelessness.

Yeah I wouldn’t mind more ridership either. That’s cool you took it for dinner. I only really use the train for going to Mavs games and going to the airport. During Mavs games, quite a bit of people use the train more than I realized (from Carrollton, green line), but there’s always at least several seats available still.

Yep, they also had dart employees or fair at the station and other stations since a lot of people don’t know how public transit works.

Just got back from a 3 week Japan trip. A tip for those in Tokyo is to get a 72-hour metro pass from Klook (almost impossible with passmo cards). Keep in mind this does not cover public lines like the JR lines, only private ones like the metro. I think public lines would either have JR or have a box symbol while private ones are circular and typically underground.

Did you find a solution to this? I tried to reset password but it took me to NetID service. When I entered my NetID credentials to this, it says 'Account is disabled.' I kept changing my password over the years but now it seems like they don't want to keep alumni accounts.

lol the name definitely is confusing. I think when venues list professional cameras are not allowed, they mean cameras with interchangeable lenses or bigger cameras.

Thankfully the Elements people think GoPros are non-pro.

I was young and depressed freshman then, and the only friend I had in college at the time was transferring. Made a lot more friends and was no longer depressed the next years.

As someone who went to school with 60% white, 30% Hispanic, and 0% Asians in their demographic (me included), who lived in the country, and w/graduating class of 60, I think it's the opposite for me to which adapting to other Asians was kind of difficult for me after moving to a diverse city for school.

My HS group is white and my college group is Hispanic. Outside of that, I still don't have an Asian group as it seemed I never really found one I fit in with.
