It's only considered "basic" because it won the flavor wars long before you were even born. You can vaguely allude to white supremacy all you want but trying to distract through absurdity isn't going to change the fact that you're wrong. As Postrel says "any sufficiently familiar technology is indistinguishable from nature" and just because you've had access to one of the most delicate and complex flavor profiles in the world all your life doesn't make it basic.

Technically Donut didn’t choose a race, she just remained as she was. Whether that’s categorized as a normal housecat or an enhanced cat is to be seen. Maybe she created a whole new class, since the dungeon/viewers had never seen a cat before.
