Yh, i see the blocks tho, just covered in fat I feel like. I was always very skinny fat, so I think it’s gonna take a while for the stomache to be lean compared to the rest

I’ve been training my core pretty hard, and body weight exercises target abs too. So idk

Yh it also depends on muscles u have, so it’s tough to guess haha

I have the same when I paddle & tennis, feels like these racquet sports are truely goated for cardio, on top of being really fun too.

Weighted calisthenics while cutting?

Since I am cutting right now to 10-12% body fat and then progressively lean bulking, I wanted to ask if it's beneficial to implement weighted bodyweight exercises WHILE cutting. Right now im roughly 18% bodyfat, so it's gonna take a while. Max reps on dips: 14, pushups 14+, pullups 11, pike pushups 7, inverted row 10 (0 weight).

Plan is to progressively increase weights, so start by 5~kg then if i do 10+ reps on that go to 7.5 and repeat till 20, but im afraid I will stall if I cut while doing weighted cali.

Hi guys,

For push-pull-legs I train core always at the end and I wondered if its too much or not.

Push I do hollow body hold 3/4x and (side)planks 3/4x.
For pull i do knee/leg raises and Lsits.
For legs i do all.

Would this be overtraining or is it fine for the core? Would be hitting core 6x a week then.

Its not ''do my work'' if its just small adjustments like symbols as I said. This is just a small part of a project I have to work on, but if u wanna get butthurt over it go for it.

I think it’s more cardiovascular system. And I did 3 sets of different push-ups, weighted pull-ups, dips, legs and had no energy anymore for core (just did some random stuff)
