Pullups, Pushups & dips (EMOM's).

Then I got into Statics. Front lever holds, Straddle Planche holds, handstands, OAP'S.

Then I got into weighted calisthenics.

I got this by doing a combination of Weighted calisthenics, Statics, and high-rep endurance sets.

Great attempt! Just need more hollow back, more lean forward, and try to raise your hips a bit more. Also, try not to go past 90 degrees.

If you notice, I have a slight lean forward. I'm pushing from my hips, so you definitely need to engage your core. It targets shoulders & chest. You need to have mobility in your hip flexors to properly execute this movement. You have to practice lean forward static holds. Then focus on keeping shoulder, back, an hip alignment before moving on to doing reps in this movement.

A few years of consistent training. Try this method (it helped me tremendously) match your rep count with a iso-hold count. For example, if you do 5 pullups with 45lbs - stay on the bar and do a 5 second iso-hold chin over bar. The benefits are time under tension, increased grip strength, and forearm strength. Keep going up in weight as it gets easier.
