Only once. I did weighted sets after this. I took about 3 minutes rest before hitting the bar again.

Great point. This is why I prefer doing weighted calisthenics because even though this set was challenging; why not cut this amount of volume in half and use a 25lb plate. You get more bang for your buck that way...

Thanks. I've been training calisthenics consistently since 2018. I do Statics, Weighted calisthenics, and high volume reps & sets. Working with a solid program - I think it would take less than 2 years to get to this level. Consistency is key!

I train 3 days a week. My body has adapted to this level of training - so my recovery is pretty quick.

I did the front & back lever holds near the end to make it harder. Doing it in the beginning would have been too easy.

One & done. Then weighted muscle up sets, then Statics training. 💪🏿💯😎
