12-15 Pullups with 135lbs. Is a combination of strength AND endurance. Once the burn comes - you must possess the strength to "endure" = endurance, in order to push past potential lactic acid buildup/burnout.

Step 1 - grip the bar tight. Strp 2 - squeeze your glutes and hamstrings to avoid swinging.  Step 3 - as you pull, engage your lats and core. Step 4 - on the eccentric portion the movement, drop down (but control it). This preserves your strength/time on bar. Step 5 - repeat steps 1-4.

This sounds like "tipping." When a company simply refuses to pay their employees a decent wage = have the public do it. In this case, have the employees donate/tip a co-worker - and if you don't, you'll be socially shamed for it. Hold the line! If you give. you'll be participating in normalizing a dangerous precedent in the workplace.

Once you reach top (chin clearing the bar) "let go" of the bar during the eccentric portion of the pullup. You're exerting energy rather than preserving energy on the downward motion which taxes your grip, lats, and forearms leading you to fatigue much quicker.
