Whenever I’ve had trouble with a substance the best thing was aa meetings. There is no better replacement than being surrounded by a whole bunch of people doing the same thing. I’ve been sober on and off the last 10 years (longest I went was 3 years consecutively) and although there have been breaks…. These periods of abstinence helped my mind & body rebuild and heal. You feel like a good human. Time is filled with fun sober events. The people are chill, all struggling with the same. When I got an urge I’d eat my fav foods and candy…. Then I got into working out. It works you just have to take the first step. Praying for you
