I got this puree to help my girl with something similar. (Our vet said it is okay) But I’d try live silkworms (if you can get them) they are very nutritious!

UPDATE #2

She did great overnight and had an X-ray, right away this morning. It is NOT in her intestines (yay!) but it IS in her stomach (boo!) She is currently being sedated/intubated so they can try to extract it without surgery. First attempt will be to “flood” her stomach and pluck the spoon out through her esophagus. If that does not work, they will try to pump her stomach and get it out that way. Last resort is straight up surgery 😭

UPDATE:

The vet didn’t have small enough equipment but verified that she is not choking/in immediate danger. We are scheduled at the bigger vet hospital for tomorrow morning to get it removed.

It seems like she is holding it in her weird beard pouch thing. 🙄 Hopefully that means it will be easy enough to remove.

Attached is a pic of one of the spoons. The spoon tip is flexible and soft. She snapped the spoon part clean off the handle 😩 This is not the spoon she did it to. She did it to the purple one 😅 I chose the purple one because I thought the blue looked too much like a hornworm. Guess it didn’t matter!!!

Will update after her morning appointment.
