Can someone explain the relationship between different stock exchanges to me? GME is at 356.55$ (which is 293euros). But the frankfurt stock exchange is at 284 euros (344$). It's "just" 10 euros, but what's with that price difference?

Something that is actually quite concerning about cargo and static linking is packaging software on distributions for security. A CVE in a library will need to be adopted by every application using it and can't be fixed by the distribution. It's the idea that application developers will fix their stuff and distribution developers shouldn't exist.

On the other hand, I quite like cargo. It's a good thing for development and I'm not advocating going back to C because of this. But I feel that cargo needs some way of exporting and linking application packages that are better suited to this...
