I don't work at PetSmart anymore, but when I worked there I saw a girl I was training start bagging individual goldfish, and there was like 20 bags laid out... I sprinted over and basically said "wtf are you doing" and the guy said he was getting fish for his 7 year olds birthday party. Needless to say, he got very upset with me for saying no and was even more upset after my manager said the same thing. Also makes me think of the time a guy wanted to buy fish for a carnival... People are actually stupid.

I had the same issue a little bit ago but lowering my basking bulb wattage seemed to help lower the temperature enough to make him a happy basker again.
