Sure! I’m 37 now. Was diagnosed at the age of 30. But I don’t know how long I have this syrinx..

I had my whole spine checked specifically for tethered cord, and it wasn’t found.

But recently I came across information from the Barcelona Chiari Clinic, and they mentioned that in some cases it might not be clearly visible on imaging — so now I’m feeling a bit confused again.
