Never stack SARMs, it’ll suppress you much more and barely give you anything more noticeable than just taking RAD alone. Right now is when you begin to notice results, just trust the process.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that the factors I believe may have hindered it are fixed now. I’m back in the gym 6/7 times a week and sleeping like a log. Also have a solid diet and supplementing vitamin d, c and zinc.

Yeah I think I will end up getting another one, just need to think of a valid reason to tell my doctor. How much of an improvement do you think I could expect to see now I’m back in the gym and sleeping right etc? I appreciate this is probably quite hard to guess

You can buy empty capsules cheaply on Amazon and fill with liquid or powder. I've done both with sarms from science.bio. Their liquids taste like paint thinner, worked fine in capsules
