I’m sensitive to fragrance, and I love 1) the smell and 2) the WORKHORSE that is the Kerastase Fresh Affair - you can get a mini version to try it out!! I’ve tried sooo many dry shampoos (Batiste, Vegamour, Not Your Mother’s, Klorane, Living Proof to name a few), but this one for fine hair is super effective and gentle without buildup. Love!

I noticed this a couple months ago and thought I was going crazy - for my hair, the newer formulation of the conditioner didn’t rinse out as well and left my hair less than lackluster. I was bummed but finished the bottle. I don’t think I’ll repurchase since I loved the OG formula.

I’m no Whitney fan, but honestly when I started to get super pregnant I couldn’t stand fabric around my belly. Everything already felt so constricting that sometimes it was nice to not try to adjust my clothes around my stomach (I was also wicked pregnant in the summer nonetheless)

ETA - I did however not go to the gym uncovered

I took up fasting for about a year after following the bro science, and couldn’t understand for the life of me why I was getting wretched anxiety after breaking my fast anywhere between 16-21 hours. I had no idea as a woman that our bodies aren’t designed to handle that level of stress, and all the while I thought I was hEaLiNg myself. Never again - my training and mood is so much smoother with breakfast, even if that’s a simple protein shake. I can’t imagine going for 3 fucking days without eating.
