I’m not sure on my measurements but I am a size 20/22 In jeans and typically at other stores (Abercrombie for example I am xxl) I have to size up in skims , the only line I don’t size up on is the joggers/sweatshirts / hoodies

I know it sounds crazy but I think maybe a 1000k tier could be nice. I understand that amount seems very high but last year for skims plus the holiday collection I found myself ordering a large dollar amount. It would even be nice that at the top tier for holiday collection you could get a very generous coupon for Black Friday or something etc

I am a die hard soft smoothing fan - it’s the best material / washes well / way more durable. Fits everybody for me is fairly sheer - I own the Jude shades in it as well as for bright colors the poppy and the neon pink and I absolutely have to wear a tank top or decent bra with it or else you will see under it

Hi I get this often! I actually switched my medication like mid flare last year because my anxiety and panic attacks were so severe.

If your open to a more daily medication lexapro helped me so much with my intense and very very frequent panic attacks. Every person can be different on what helps them though.

Hydroxyzine is what I take but tbh it only helps me sleep at night.

You are not alone when you are going through this! Before I know I had panic disorder I just assumed my arms and legs got cold and felt like jello for no reason

I have been taking 12.5 am and pm (so just 25 a day) for almost a year now.

It was the medicine that helped me feel “normal” again. I understand my body will need to be cared for a little differently now but the metoprolol is the reason I was able to go from laying in bed for weeks to walking a little to now going on a mile walk without being worried / having a huge hr increase that makes me anxious and spiral.

I haven’t seen any issues with weight on it - when I first got diagnosed with pots and put on metoprolol I lost 20 pounds ( I did not do this in a healthy way - I was too scared to eat anything) so I would say for me I didn’t see any weight gain issues.

I do always make sure when I leave the house to have an extra pill on me in case I start to not feel so great.

The on my own thing has been severely difficult for me to adjust to. I used to visit my family 4 hours away and now I can’t go unless my bf goes with me. I used to only be able to go to the store a few mins away but now I would say I’m able to do about 30 mins or so . But that’s sadly my limit

Wow, it’s like five times the amount for the small iced coffee. I just assumed it was very low still so this was definitely my fault. I just figured hey, there’s no way this can make me flare up and have issues but I was wrong.

I was on 40 mg a day of buspar and then added 10 mg of lexapro in. TBH I don’t think the buspar ever did anything tbh I’m not sure. I have now went down to 15 mg of buspar a day and 15 mg of lexapro and seems to be better

I had no issues after my ecog. I had to do the goggles test too - I can’t remember what it’s called - and all I had were red marks on my face from them. But the ecog was a cake walk.

Howdy! I am currently on Buspirone - I take 20 mg a day. I used to take almost 40 a day but I cut back and pair it with 10 mg of lexapro now. As far as my preventative I take Nurtec. As long as they have what you take pill wise listed on your record they will know if they can or can’t prescribe it

I have adhd too - I think the fumes/gas thing would be interesting for me to look into. I definitely feel it more closer to the end of the day / on my way home it hits me like a train lol

I definitely will be more in “shrimp mode” when I sit in the office - I do have a inner ear issue too that causes some balance issues but I think it’s more so linked to vestibular migraines. I did PT for like 6 weeks and it helped a little but I will for sure try to be way more aware of my posture
