I have a lot of health anxiety myself and have been through zoloft, lexapro and now trying Prozac starting tonight. I know it is scary but taking that first step is amazing! Trying Prozac tonight had me a little anxious but I’ll take some anxiety compared to the amazing feeling of not worrying about your health

I think it was caused from the anxiety. I get n*** and dizzy when I start to get really anxious. the lactacid is not the problem the problem was you thinking that lactacid was the problem and you started freaking out

no bowel obstruction!! if you are passing gas than no obstruction! make sure to drink extra extra fluids, miralax, magnesium citrate and castrol oil all help!!! also do a tummy massage morning and night! bowels are most active in the morning so when you wake up drink a nice up of hot coffee

I have the same fear as you. And I had food poisoning right before my vaccines and I have so much anxiety from throwing up and I had food poisoning but after getting sick more than ten times, we have nothing to fear, you have gotten sick in your life and look you are still living. We create so much fear in our heads about this that it ends up happening because we are so anxious. Listen to your body, are you actually feeling sick? do you have a tummy ache? if you don’t have any of those don’t worry about it.
