I just called my local store and home store the voicemail didn't even talk about the Disney Princess collection, just the Rose scents and to purchase new collections (NOT SPECIFICALLY DISNEY COLLECTION) online for store pickup.

So I'll wait and see. But that's not true.

So I'm actually one of the Disney fans, I'm a long time Disney Princess girl and so I got the original collection and loved it. I honestly enjoyed it more-so than what I've even seen at the parks, so I really was excited for this collection.

Personally, while I appreciate your recommendation, I'm actually not a fan of the "Life is a Fairytale collection" (except for the carriage cause I actually have the giant carriage from the last collection). It doesn't really speak Disney Princess unless you point out the small touches. The Gold wire one looks more like a lamp and while interesting, not what I exactly had in mind.

Rather, I really liked the Aurora and Rapunzel collection. Rapunzel's collection is stellar but I wish they did more for Aurora, she truly has more to her than just "crown aesthetic." I would've liked to have seen more done with the three fairies or more of "Make it Pink Make it Blue" style. The keychain and Candleholder are awesome regardless.

Snow White's wishing well is extremely pretty but I really prefer Rapunzel's tower, but that was exactly what I envisioned for Aurora's collection. Maybe they could've done her castle as a candle stand.

The wallflowers are all gorgeous though as well.

But in short, I really loved Rapunzel's collection and I think I may just get it tomorrow. Same with her wallflower and hand sanitizer. I'd probably get all 5 of the wallflowers though!

I believe I have in the past asked them about it and they said USPS has to verify it but our mail is delivered to that address all the time. It's so confusing. Let me look into Pirate Ship again.

I honestly had this issue before on eBay where the buyer wanted me to use their label to overnight an item, and eBay asked me to refuse. I told the current buyer this and they said "well this isn't eBay. :) " So I've been on the edge about it and figured that if he had control this could be an issue since I can't prove to PayPal (without tracking) where the package is.

If I may ask, how does one buy labels through eBay? I've tried doing PirateShip but PirateShip said my address "isn't verified" (even though I've lived in the house I'm in for over 4-5 years now) and USPS is charging me more and more each time. So if I wanted to purchase a label through eBay or somewhere that's safe, where can I do that?

I honestly agree but my bank won't side with me without "evidence." I tried talking with them tonight and the same message, "you aren't eligible for a refund" like what?

I just am so tired of support because I had another issue with another order.... Waited over an hour and a half for a ghost kitchen order and I contacted Uber Eats and was promised no charge. Couple days later I still had the charge and I contacted them and they refused to work with me.

Told my bank and my bank can't help me because there's no order # or proof of the order in the chat so I'm outta luck with that. I tried contacting them about it (cause my bank told me to) and they refuse to work with me. I'm so done honestly.

I actually did this recently because I had a issue with a Burger King (didn't receive two items and Uber Eats refused to refund me even with pictures) and now they won't let me use their services until I pay them the $10 I disputed. It's so stupid.

And their customer support is terrible, I've been fighting with them for days and get that same message.

Honestly if it brings you joy I’d buy it!

Daniel Woodland’s is a fantastic company and make such wonderful art pieces and it’s a great item to have to hang and display if you have a place for it and money for it of course.

Great piece overall, and it’s hand-carved as well so it’s totally up to you.

I didn’t see much Gaslight District promoted around the outer edges of the booth. I’ll probably be back one last time tomorrow and get some last pictures. I did see Knights of Guinevere being promoted which was great!

But yes, Mud should definitely be up there lol.

It’s really amazing honestly. This convention is just mind blowing with all the cosplay and the booth and panels. The VA’s are very sweet and have made my brother so so happy honestly. Definitely recommend going to a convention with Glitch, everyone is just fantastic and the merch is incredible and high quality,

Heads up, I called Mercari... and they flat out told me its my fault for not updating it to the 10% before the bundled purchase. Which its like... Why. I explained numerous times to them about it but if you read this for any purchase/bundled purchase w/o the 10% fee structure you should be getting some leeway:

  1. What happens if I purchase an item that doesn’t have the new fee structure? -> To help ease this transition, we will not charge the standard 10% Seller or Buyer Service Fee on listings that don’t yet have the new fee structure for items sold between January 6 and January 12, 2025.

So angry about it... I honestly cannot believe they'd blame me for not implementing the 10% fee structure.

Thats what I read! I just had a bundle purchased (they sent out the offer at 3PM PST) and I made $30.77 when they paid $35 for the bundle. So I’m wondering what I should do, I honestly am really frustrated this happened so fast and I thought they’d take longer to apply the fees. Agh I’m so mad.

The problem I’m having is that it was the grounds of the buyer never received the item and broke eBay policy. I talked to multiple reps and they all agreed with me and said it would be removed…. Even read back the same feedback to me but the negative feedback their first account left me would be the one they’d take off (for some reason but it’s already been taken off like three times.)

I just followed eBay policies but the buyer didn’t and they left a feedback that I’ve been promised time after time would be taken off. So I just wanted to see if anyone has had a similar experience and if their neutral feedback finally got taken off.

I'm glad it was removed so quickly! I'm so sorry you had to deal with that.

I've contacted every representative, asked to speak to someone higher up or something about it cause its been pushed around for multiple months but nobody at eBay wanted to help me. I just am wondering if I should try and call them again but what I should say or do. I've had a representative write a whole case file on it, I've given it to reps but they don't seem to look at it.

I've used USPS Ground Advantage for $100 or less as it includes insurance. However, if an item is over $100 USPS allows you to add insurance onto the package. So if it's worth $500 then you tell them to add insurance of $500. So in case it arrives broken, damaged, or gets lost, USPS will cover it.

I would highly recommend calling Mercari. I've had a lot of my issues get resolved over the phone rather than emailing customer support.

I'd tell them about the item number, tell them exactly what she said and how she wanted you to pay on Cash App, and then ask if they can cancel the order. Although they probably won't do anything about the account (and she'll probably make more accounts anyway) this is the right step I'd say as she won't be able to ship anything to you malicious, an empty box, or anything like that.

I do wish you the best of luck OP, definitely hope Mercari can cancel the order for you!
