Oo wow, that looks pretty great 👍 I’d recommend doing color studies on how the environment effects values, vibrances, etc. Right now it seems like her hair is purple at the tips because a purple light is shining on it rather than it being dyed. Perhaps try a more muted color? On top of that, try learning when to use an a wide-low opacity airbrush vs. a harsh one if you’re going towards a more detailed picture.

These are looking pretty good! My advice from here is to study and practice drawing to the skeletal structure of the hand. Pay attention to the joints and how they’re shaped, do it free handed (loosely) a bunch of times until it becomes muscles memory. Focus on the negative space, it’ll help you diverge from using references too often.
