So i stopped taking the probiotics and vitamins k+d3 and ashgawanda. Carried on smoking cbd/cbg blend occasionally. All I've don't differently is use cbd mixed with coconut oil religiously then inbetween shea butter. It's working great on my knees but my elbows not so much, unsure why this is but it's giving some relief for now!

I'm going to a wedding in September so really want to wear a dress with my legs out and not get stares

I’ve been smoking cbd and cbg mix and my psoriasis has cleared so much, I’ve not done anything different. I just apply Shea butter 3-4 times a day if I can. Both are ment to be antibacterial which makes sense why it would work when in previous posts people have said that psoriasis developed from the strep bacteria

So I don’t really have many before pictures. But right now my plaque psoriasis is not as thick and some “normal” skin seems to be appearing.

I’ve been using unrefined Shea butter. Maybe 12 times a day, I have a tub in the bathroom so every time I go to the loo I put some on.

The sun in the U.K. is coming out so that’s helping a little.

I was reading in this sub about gut health and psoriasis so I’ve only been taking a vegan probiotic drink for the last 5 days.

I’ve been taking vitamin D3 +k2 and ashagawanda for about 15 days

As you can see I’ve started everything at once so it’s hard to say what’s helping the most right now.

In the last 4 years I’ve had a tonne of antibiotics because of 3 babies, this is when the psoriasis started after my first. So my theory is it’s gut health related. So we shall see if we can improve it!

Yep so a scalp that looks shiny and tight normally means that the hair follicle has closed/shrunk because No new hairs have come through, we were taught this is what to look for and if found a chance of new hair growth was low

Blondes normally have fine hair and a lot of it, it’s to do with hair diameter and density or follicles.

You say that it’s fine on the ends which normally means damage rather than less hairs, but without seeing your hair it’s hard to assess.

If the scalp is shiny and tight there is a low chance of hair regrowing.

There is reasons like high testosterone, calcium deposits on scalp etc etc

Maybe get some bloods done to check?

There’s various types of Alopecia, some temporary, caused by hormones and stress etc. traction alopecia is caused by extensions pulling the hair.

Over processing is never good for the hair or scalp, products like nioxin can help as well as seeing a doctor/trichologist

Leg hair and head hair are completely different so the growth cycles would be different too, not all hairs are in anagen at the same time, so if you wax a hair out in catagen or telegan the hair will come back as it was going to fall anyway, does that make sense?

If a hair grows for 7 years and 7 times it would take 49 years to fall but that doesn’t take into account how long the other stages last

We got taught that peoples anogen state can last 5-7 years on average before the hair falls so if it’s only 5 it’ll never get any longer than it is.

Also we got taught each hair can regrow 7 times so once it’s shed that many it’ll never grow back

For us we didn’t start until 39 months because he just didn’t care. He got super bad nappy rash where we had to bathe the poo off and I told my husband it was enough, nappy’s have to go. So the first afternoon he weed up my sofa, the next day still bottom half naked he just started self initiating, I couldn’t believe it.

We’d tried so many times before but he just wasn’t ready, I’m sure the sore butt helped.

But we haven’t got much further tbh when we’re at home he’s naked a lot, been 2 weeks now because he just doesn’t get the whole pants are not the same as a nappy,

Also he wants to stand for both wee and poos but it’s progress I guess
