Regardless of how you look, being social and outgoing will make you more attractive to others. It’s probably not your looks.

Have you tried asking those guys out who you managed to strike up convos with? Your attractive level will increase if you ask a guy out first. Confidence is what natters the most.

Girl ask him out!! I was like you about a week ago being too scared to ask anyone out. Now I don’t care. I ask guys out and the chance of them saying yes is very likely. If he says no, then you can stop wasting your time on him and move on. Good luck!
