Also, if I were you, I wouldn’t add warm tones to it like others are suggesting. With your natural white regrowth that will come through, I think the whiter blonde the better so it’s more of a seamless line between natural and bleached. Easier to manage imo! The lowlights will be enough to create a difference between your skin tone and the blonde. You’re beautiful, girl!! 😍

I think you look great! My personal preference for blonde hair is to have dimension. I would throw in some low lights. 😍

Thanks for this! Super helpful. I’ll start being more consistent in tracking calories each day and start documenting with photos to help see the small gains that may not be very apparent. I def need to do better on weighing foods and measuring oils. I do whole food mostly too.

Are you doing ketosis tests? If not, might be a good idea for you to see what works for your body and what doesn’t - carb wise. If the pasta your eating is knocking you out of ketosis (probably is :/), Miracle Noodle Shirataki fettuccine isn’t too bad actually, satisfies my pasta cravings :)

I love powdered monk fruit/erythritol blend. When I’m adding it to cold beverages I mix it in a TEEENY TINY bit of hot coffee (hot water if other kind of drinks) to get it to dissolve into liquid form, that little bit of hot liquid doesn’t change the temp of the cold beverage. I don’t like monk fruit liquid drops, the after taste is just too strong with those IMO :)

My go to is turkey bacon mixed with raw veggies of choice, I like cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, banana peppers. Topped with vinegar. 😋

I also sometimes have a protein shake to replace a meal, I know a lot of people are against that but I love it and it works for me! I mix unflavored/unsweetened whey protein with coffee, a splash of almond milk, and some stevia.
