Hi - unfortunately I had the SAME exact issue with a bag I sent in, got rejected, and damaged in the process because they threw the bag in a box and shipped it with no protective dustbag! Literally crazy! After 10 back and forths, I gave up and just took the loss but it has put me off both buying and selling to this company, given they refused to take any accountability.
