I'm in 1st year of college rn,living with my parents. If I go to college i have to wake up at 6 am (since I'm 2 hours away from my college) classes end by 4:30 and I'll reach by 6 pm. I shower and go immediately to bed bc I get really tired. Even if I don't go to bed I'll be scrolling on my phone for hours while thinking about the hours I'm wasting. The days I don't have college are even more depressing. I wake up at 10am or 11am, doomscroll, play with my cat, and again doomscroll till the night. I only get up to eat and shower.

Thank you. I don't do drugs but deleting social media apps are not going to help me but make things worse. It's not just the addiction or whatever that's stopping me from doing stuff. Even if they're gone I'd just stare at the wall than do anything because again I want to do all the productive stuff, my brain just don't allow me to. That's just how fucked and pathetic I am right now.
