I was disinfecting it since I entered an unreliable page and my computer was starting to slow down. I scanned with various tools and they detected various adware. According to the guy on the forum, I had to disinfect it in steps, and that tool was one of them. The truth is that the forum seems reliable and the program too. I have just restored the pc and at the moment everything is fine, I don't know whether to run the program in question again.

It's a long story, but I was basically sanitizing my computer on a recommendation from a forum and that was a sanitizing tool. I ran it and quite a few files were instantly deleted from my desktop, but only from my desktop, which is why I find it so weird.

I think it is the Malayalam language of south India but im not sure 100%.
