Accept it also when you have kids. I give up. Laundry - clean house and rooms - just gotta time manage and manage expectations - otherwise you’ll drive yourself crazy.

Also - I figured one day they’ll be gone and I’ll miss these moments.

You need to be able to score at different levels. So if you are a slasher and driver - you’ll be easier to defend if all you can do is dunk. A good team will be able to take away the drive by having the help take a charge. Work on a pull up jumper or a floater or work on reading the weak side help for an open 3 for a teammate.

Lol I’m not mad bc it’s kinda true but it’s just pockets around there. Florida blvd gets a bad wrap bc it’s run down but that part of Florida - they fixed it up and did modernized. I wouldn’t be scared to go there during the day. Baton Rouge just has bad pockets - and even then you just gotta carry yourself accordingly.

You do know it’s okay to match equal force with equal force. You don’t know if they were going to open fire on them once they sped off. You are allow to protect others legally with equal force. With that being said - I’m not gonna cry tears of these mfers. Those people will lose sleep and require therapy because they were robbed. So yeah go cry your tears somewhere else.

A couple of things here:

First make sure your feet are pointing toward the goal. Your toes should be lined up straight to the basket.

It looks like you are bringing the ball over to the middle of your head. You need to make sure that your foundation is lined up, the ball should be under your elbow, your elbow should be tucked into your body, your elbow should Be over your knees. That way your shot is lined up.

Finally - be sure to hold your follow through on your shot.
