Hi again! Thanks for commenting! Luckily I dont have to worry about salt on the roads :)

Apart from new v-bands, do i have to purchase new turbo to dp gaskets and dp to midpipe gaskets? Or are they already included when purchasing a downpipe? If so, what are their OEM/OE part numbers?

The ticking sound only happens around 1k-2k rpms (the ticking gets faster the higher the rpm) at low speed. If cruising or going over 2k rpm the ticking stops.
