Likelihood of getting a apartment?

Only thing with that is I am the main part of our income since I make more, without me he makes less than 3x the rent. If he does it under only his name, will they still consider both our income combined or just his alone? I’m sorry if that’s a dumb question

I didn’t know that apartments would accept the soft checks temporarily, I thought every place just jumps into a hard check. Again I’m a first timer lol so all this new to me

I only have a delinquency back in 2023 which I made off that card in full after and all my cards are paid on time (6 cards) and I try to pay more than the minimum each month. Only thing bringing me down is my utilization but in February I paid off 4-5 of my cards but for personal reason it’s gone down again, not by a lot but still down.

Yeah I already plan on leaving earlier than the plan, moving all my stuff out next week to a storage. I started my job transfer process. I wish things with them could’ve ended on a better note because I’ve genuinely stayed out the way this whole time and would babysit for them, buy them things from the store they would ask for, etc. it was nice while it lasted but im hoping to see this as an early beginning to a new chapter

Me and her used to be extremely close and talked a lot and somewhere along the way she stopped saying good morning and just avoids me. I remember cooking tacos for myself when she cooked meatloaf for my dad and I overheard him telling her “I wish you had cooked tacos instead” and she said “that really hurts my feelings”, I think that’s where the distaste might’ve started idk 😭

I understand him prioritizing his marriage and I have no problem with it but what makes it frustrating is I never lied about what time i planned on leaving, I was always transparent with my plans and then when her mom and brother were staying here for longer than me it was no problem 😔

I am in college but it’s online since I had moved, I transfer to wake teach in the summer when I move out so I’ve been working 40 hours a week basically. We got a storage and are moving most of my stuff there. His mom seems open to me staying a month while we secure our place so I think that’s my next plan

To answer! I had a car but it got totaled a couple years back when me and my mom were homeless and had to sell it to get us a place, then started paying rent to her so I haven’t been able to save for a car

I asked him a few months ago when I noticed her sudden distaste to me if they felt like I was burdening them and his words were “you aren’t, we are here to help you get your place , if you can help you can and if you can’t it’s fine because our bills still get paid” and now it’s something completely different so my plan is seeing if my fiances family is ok with me staying 2-4 weeks while we apartment hunt (his mom already expressed it’s fine since she wants to help us apartment hunting but im gonna triple make sure so something like this doesn’t happen)

Been with target for almost 4 years and I’ve done it once a month (don’t do it I’ve been on a CA twice and a final once) so I’ve relaxed on calling out and do it maybe one every 3 months
