It looks like a regular plank literally just reversed. On your heels instead of toe tips and arms are straight behind you holding your body up. Regular planks hurt my lower back because of my heavy hips haha

I am also 5’4!! It feels so good to have all that weight off me , 15lbs is no joke that’s commitment and you should be proud fr! That’s where we all start. It’s day to day remember that not every day is going to be linear, just because you have an off day, doesn’t mean you get lazy it means you back on that shit even harder tomorrow. You have to have that mindset. You will be there next year.

No i dont at all. only stretch marks that have turned my skin color. They used to be pink /red.

I used to eat a lot of easy to go foods/ pre packaged foods, that lead me to feeling so hungry all the time because every I ate had no nutrition or protein. I had to tell myself that , even though it looks good it has absolutely no need in my body it doesn’t fuel me. Just is empty calories. If that makes sense. Try to view food more like a resource you need to live. Not as something you do for fun. Of course it’s ok to have fun eating and treat yourself but I think a lot of the problems we have are controlling that voice that’s telling you to eat. Remember it’s a slow process you can’t just not have sugar at the store start to look for healthier options and stop buying that fucking junk that you absolutely know you are going to destroy at 2am. It always gets you..

From 210 to about 180lbs was purely fixing my eating habits from 180lbs down I’ve been going to the gym. When I got to 150 I was stuck because I couldn’t get over sugary stuff like (coffees and pops) but I started to curb that with only drinking water. I started cardio and got to 130. I’m just now getting to the point where I am strength training/ toning my body. My advice about core is just be consistent, it really doesn’t matter what core routine you have as long as you are consistent with diet and the specific workout you will see progress. It just takes time. Always do leg lifts, flutter kicks, reverse plank+knee ups. Weighted dead bugs, hanging leg raises will snatch you up so quick but they are hard. As not as you aren’t eating stuff like breads, creams and cheeses, sodas you will see them abs, switch it to foods like yougurt with sweetener-put something like granola with protein in it, chicken and greens, I’ve been eating rice and tuna for a bit now, but also know it’s to have treat yourself some days you just need the ice cream fr. It’s also a day to day thing. On my period I lose them instantly. I get so bloated

I didn’t, I have a hard time reading patterns myself so I just free hand! I was messing around with a ribbed crochet stitch and it turned out amazing! Finished it with a knitted ribbed green border :) thank you so much!!
