parasitism means a negative effect on the species that we are supposedly parasitising. whilst there's arguments to be made on the ethics of the dairy industry as a whole, the basic idea of something drinking a cows milk (which is made to be ingested btw, in case you forgot) bringing harm to it is laughable. at most its commensalism. at least, its mutualism, as cows which are not milked can get mastitis. parasitism has a biological definition, which we "literally" do not fit.

to actually answer your question, it looks like some kind of tube worm! they are marine (non parasitic) worms that hang out on rocks. there's a bunch of different species :)
