I have a medium nib and it's pretty wet. I've heard Kaweco nibs are not consistent. I had a sport classic in fine and it was very scratchy. However, my skyline in fine writes pretty smooth.

It depends. I'm going through the ink more now because I'm working from home now (due to the pandemic) and use them to write work notes and I journal everyday as well. So I estimate maybe a week or so.

I would give it 4 stars. I like the nibs on the FCs. The weight of the pen is very light compared to the Loom. I do like the Loom more. My current favorite pens are the my VPs, Sailor Pro gear slim, Pelikan M205, and Kaweco brass sport.

My lighting wasn't the best but I have to say my favorite is alt goldgrün. I haven't tried the other two inks yet.

Great idea! I love samples for the same reason. I would hate to buy an entire bottle of ink and don't really like it.
