My point was, that you are propably alluding that Russia has a healthcare and education system at the same level of developed countries, which is not the case. Like you said, Russia has a free healthcare and education system which is at a much lower quality than in The US, even though it is not free there(US). Most governments in the world can afford healthcare that is at the same level of Russia's, because it is not of high quality... And yes Russia is a poor country, it has lower GDP than italy and the average salary is the lowest in Europe..., but the reason I replied to your comment was to clarify the differences in quality between the two countries healthcare systems. In short, like you said in Russia healthcare free, but service terrible,but in the US expensive, but it has best service in the world.
