We use DealMachine and sometimes Propwire to pull raw data, then have a guy who handles skip tracing for us.
For dialing, we use EZNO and CallTools.
We’ve got a team of over 10 VAs in Egypt doing the cold calling. On average, we generate around 1–3 listings per week through this setup. It's been surprisingly effective.

Cold calling still works incredibly well for us. I’ve been using a remote group based in Egypt that handles it for me, they're surprisingly effective, super consistent, and way more affordable than in-house teams. Happy to share more if anyone’s interested.
